DuffleBag Theatre brings the classic fairy-tale of Beauty and the Beast to life in their fun-filled fashion using audience members as the stars! When an egotistical, arrogant prince unkindly turns away an old woman from his castle door on a dark and stormy night, he is taught a lesson in caring more for others than for himself. Transformed into the Beast, he only begins to change his ways when he encounters Beauty, a daring young girl from the nearby village, who stumbles across his castle. DuffleBag Theatre is represented by Prologue to the Performing Arts, a charitable organization dedicated to bringing the performing arts to young people. Presented by Meaford Hall.
